1. Exchange Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges. 
  • Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. 
  • To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. 
  • Please be advised that requests submitted beyond 7 days of item receipt cannot be accommodated.
  • Exchanges are possible for: Size exchanges (subject to availability) or exchanges for a different item of equal value if your initial item is unavailable.
  • Pre-order items, sale items, and discounted items are not eligible refunds and exchanges. 
  • Each item is eligible for only one exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • If a refund is processed, it will be for the item's price only, excluding any shipping fees.

Non-Valid Return/Exchange/Refund/Cancellations Reasons:

  • "I changed my mind"
  • "The color doesn't suit me"
  • "I don't like the material"
  • "I don't want it anymore"
  • "Buying for someone and they didn't like it or fit in"
  • "Size does not fit" (Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. Size exchanges are possible subject to availability.)
  • "I want to change the color/design" (without requesting an exchange for the same item in a different color/design)

2. No Order Cancellation Policy: 

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This policy is in place to ensure that our team can efficiently process order and fulfill them in a timely manner.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Please note that we do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Local deliveries within Malaysia typically take 3-5 business days, while international deliveries may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched
  • CELESTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service disruptions.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Information:

Please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order during or after shipping. These charges, including tariffs and other related costs, are determined by your local customs authorities and are not within CELESTE's control.

5. Shipment Issues: Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Items:

Please be aware that CELESTE is not liable for any products that are damaged, missing, stolen, or lost during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, it is essential to file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. To ensure your claim is processed efficiently, please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is settled.
