**Important Note:** The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including both the return shipping and the shipping of the new item.

- Please note that pre-order items, sale items, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges.
- Exchanges are only valid for the same item and size originally purchased.

- "I changed my mind"
- "The color doesn't suit me"
- "I don't want it anymore"
- "Size does not fit" (Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. Size exchanges are possible subject to availability.)
- "I want to change the color/design" (without requesting an exchange for the same item in a different color/design)
